Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By ticking the consent checkbox next to a form and submitting it, I confirm that I act freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and that I have read the Privacy Policy. I give my consent to the processing of my personal data to the following data controller:

1. Personal data covered

I consent to the processing of the personal data I provide through the forms on https://tapki.digital:

• name;
• phone number;
• email address, if provided in the form;
• messenger handle, if provided for contact;
• company name and role, if provided;
• details about the project, task or service of interest;
• estimated budget and timeline;
• the content of my comment, message or enquiry;
• any other information I voluntarily provide in the form and that is needed to handle my enquiry.

To evidence this consent, the Controller may also record the date and time the form was submitted, the page it was submitted from, the IP address, browser information and a technical version identifier of this Consent.

2. Purposes

• receiving and handling my request or enquiry;
• establishing and maintaining contact with me;
• advising me on services, prices and terms of cooperation;
• preparing preliminary estimates and a commercial proposal;
• taking steps, at my request, prior to entering into a contract;
• concluding and performing a contract, running the project and providing support;
• considering proposals for cooperation and partnership;
• informing me of changes directly related to my request or order;
• keeping business correspondence and handling my questions and claims;
• complying with the Controller's legal obligations;
• evidencing the fact and terms of this Consent.

3. Processing operations and methods

I consent to the following operations with my personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating and modification, retrieval, use, transfer to and access by processors acting on the Controller's behalf, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing may be automated, non-automated or mixed.

4. Processors

I agree that the Controller may engage service providers that ensure the operation of the Website platform and hosting, the receipt and transfer of form submissions, the CRM system, email and communication tools, technical administration and support, information storage, and accounting and legal support. Such providers receive only the data needed for their function, must keep it confidential and secure, and may not use it for their own purposes.

5. Duration and withdrawal

This Consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, until the expiry of statutory retention periods, or until I withdraw it, whichever occurs first, unless there is another lawful basis for continued processing.

I may withdraw this Consent at any time by emailing the Controller at hello@tapki.digital. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was received. After withdrawal, the Controller may continue processing where another legal basis applies.

6. Nature of consent

Ticking the separate checkbox next to the form and submitting it constitutes my clear electronic confirmation of this Consent. The checkbox is not pre-ticked. This Consent is provided separately from the Privacy Policy and other Website documents.

7. Marketing

This Consent does not cover advertising or promotional mailings about new services, offers or special deals. Any such messaging would require my separate consent.
